このページについて

このページは、YouTubeチャンネル「まぐにぃチャンネル」「まぐにぃゲーム実況本館」の運営者（以下「運営者」）が、自身のチャンネル運営を効率化するために自分専用に開発したソフトウェア「まぐにぃ Director」（以下「本ツール」）における、情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本ツールは一般に公開・配布しておらず、利用者は運営者本人のみです。第三者にアカウントを発行することはありません。

本ツールが取り扱う情報

本ツールは、運営者本人のPC上で動作するプログラムです。運営者自身のGoogleアカウントでOAuth 2.0による認可を行い、運営者自身が所有するYouTubeチャンネルのデータのみを取り扱います。取り扱う情報は次のとおりです。

  • 運営者自身のチャンネルの動画・ライブ配信枠の情報（タイトル、概要欄、サムネイル、公開状態、カテゴリ、再生リスト、配信予定時刻）
  • 運営者自身のチャンネルの統計・分析データ（再生数、視聴時間、高評価数、コメント数、視聴維持率、サムネイルの表示回数とクリック率）
  • 運営者自身の動画に投稿された公開コメントの本文と投稿者の表示名（視聴者が書いてくれた目次や質問を読み取るため）
  • 運営者自身のライブ配信中のチャットメッセージの本文と投稿者の表示名（配信中にYouTube API経由で取得し、盛り上がった場面を探すため）
  • 上記へアクセスするための認証情報（アクセストークン、リフレッシュトークン）

本ツールは、第三者のチャンネルのデータを YouTube API で取得しません。競合分析やデータの再配布も行いません。YouTube上の動画・音声・字幕・チャットの記録をダウンロードすることもありません（ショート動画の素材には、配信時に運営者のPC上で録画した映像を使います）。

情報の利用目的

  • 次の動画・配信の企画（どの内容が見られたか、どこで視聴をやめられたかを知るため）
  • サムネイルの改善（過去のサムネイルとクリック率を見比べるため）
  • 概要欄のタイムスタンプ（視聴者が投稿してくれた目次コメントを、その動画の概要欄に転記するため）
  • ショート動画の候補選び（配信中のチャットと、PC上で書き起こした自分の音声から場面を探すため）
  • 運営者の指示による、動画のアップロード、配信枠の作成、タイトル・概要欄・サムネイルの更新

処理を委託する外部サービス

取得した情報は運営者本人のPCに保存します。次のサービスへは、処理のために必要な範囲の抜き書き・要約・バックアップだけを送ります。いずれも運営者自身のアカウントで、運営者以外の人が閲覧できるものではありません。第三者への提供・販売・公開は行いません。

  • Anthropic の Claude（運営者自身のアカウントで利用）：コメント・チャットの抜き書き、自分の配信の文字起こし、配信タイトルと統計を送り、目次案やショート動画の候補の提案を受けます。送った内容は Anthropic のプライバシーポリシーと利用規約に従って処理されます。
  • Telegram：運営者だけが受け取るボット通知として、統計の要約と動画タイトル、ショート動画の候補（チャットの短い抜き書きを含むことがあります）を届けます。通知は運営者が消すまで Telegram 上に残ります。
  • Google ドキュメント／Google ドライブ（運営者自身のアカウント）：朝の要約ドキュメント（30日で削除）と、認証情報のバックアップ（週1回上書き）。
  • GitHub（非公開リポジトリ）：本ツールのソースコード・設定・制作の知見メモのバックアップ。統計や視聴者の文を含む作業ファイルは、2026年9月24日以降含めていません。

運営者が AI アシスタントと対話しながら企画を考えるときの対話記録（取得した動画情報や統計を含むことがあります）は、運営者のPC内に残ります。この記録も、下記の一括削除の対象です。

YouTube API サービスの利用について

本ツールは YouTube API サービス を利用しています。

本ツールを利用することにより、利用者は YouTube 利用規約 に同意したことになります。

YouTube API サービスを通じて取得した情報の取り扱いには、 Google プライバシー ポリシー が適用されます。あわせてご確認ください。

情報の保存場所・保存期間と削除

  • 取得した情報の保存場所は運営者本人のPCです。上記の外部サービスへ送るのは、抜き書き・要約・バックアップに限ります。
  • 統計・分析データ（再生数、視聴時間、高評価数、視聴維持率、クリック率）は、動画IDと紐づけて取得日から最大36か月間保存し、期間を過ぎたものは削除します（一緒に保存するタイトルは30日ごとに取り直します）。30日ごとに認可が有効であることと動画が存在することを確かめ、削除された動画の分は消します。
  • タイトルなど統計以外の動画情報は、30日以内に取り直すか削除します。
  • コメント・チャットの本文の抜き書きと、ショート動画の自動処理が AI サービスへ渡した記録は、30日で自動的に削除します（毎朝の自動処理）。
  • 認証情報（アクセストークン、リフレッシュトークン）は、本ツールを使う間だけPC上の設定ファイルに保存し、バージョン管理システムには含めません。
  • 運営者は、いつでも1つのコマンドで取得済みのデータと認証情報をすべて削除できます。
  • アクセス権が取り消されたことを本ツールが検知した場合、または本ツールの利用を終了する場合、PC上に保存されている取得済みデータおよび認証情報は7日以内に削除します。
  • PC上のデータを削除しても、YouTube上の動画・コメント・統計には影響しません。YouTube上のデータを削除するには、YouTube Studio をご利用ください。

アクセス権の取り消し

本ツールに与えたアクセス権は、Googleのセキュリティ設定ページからいつでも取り消すことができます。

Google アカウント > データとプライバシー > サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス

上記ページで「まぐにぃ Director」を選択し、アクセス権を削除してください。取り消した時点で、本ツールはYouTubeのデータへ一切アクセスできなくなり、取得済みのデータも上記のとおり削除されます。

同じ設定は Google のセキュリティ設定ページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）からも開けます。

About this page

This page explains how information is handled by "Maguni Director" (the "Tool"), a piece of software developed by the operator of the YouTube channels "まぐにぃチャンネル" and "まぐにぃゲーム実況本館" (the "Operator") for the Operator's own private use in managing those channels.

The Tool is not published or distributed. The Operator is its only user. No accounts are issued to any third party.

Information the Tool handles

The Tool runs on the Operator's own PC. It authorizes via OAuth 2.0 as the Operator's own Google Account and handles only data belonging to YouTube channels the Operator owns:

  • Video and live-stream information on the Operator's own channels (title, description, thumbnail, privacy status, category, playlists, scheduled start time)
  • Statistics and analytics for the Operator's own channels (views, watch time, likes, comment counts, audience retention, thumbnail impressions and click-through rate)
  • The text of public comments posted on the Operator's own videos, with the commenter's display name (to read the chapter lists and questions viewers post)
  • The text of live chat messages during the Operator's own live streams, with the sender's display name (read through the YouTube API while the stream is live, to find the moments viewers reacted to)
  • Credentials used to access the above (access token, refresh token)

The Tool does not retrieve data about third-party channels through the YouTube API, does not perform competitive analysis, and does not redistribute any data. It does not download video, audio, captions or chat replays from YouTube; source material for Shorts is the recording made on the Operator's own PC while streaming.

How the information is used

  • Planning the next videos and streams (what was watched, where viewers stopped watching)
  • Improving thumbnails (comparing earlier thumbnails with their click-through rate)
  • Chapter timestamps: copying the chapter list a viewer posted in the comments into that video's description
  • Choosing Shorts candidates from the live chat and from a transcript of the Operator's own voice made on the PC
  • Uploading videos, creating stream slots and updating titles, descriptions and thumbnails, as instructed by the Operator

Services that process data on the Operator's behalf

Retrieved information is stored on the Operator's own PC. Only the excerpts, summaries and backups needed for processing are sent to the services below. All of them are used under the Operator's own accounts and are not visible to anyone else. No information is provided, sold or published to any third party.

  • Anthropic's Claude (used under the Operator's own account): receives excerpts of comments and live chat, transcripts of the Operator's own streams, stream titles and statistics, and returns suggestions for chapter lists and Shorts. What is sent is handled under Anthropic's privacy policy and terms.
  • Telegram: delivers summaries (statistics, video titles and Shorts candidates, which may include short quotes from live chat) to the Operator through a private bot chat that only the Operator receives. Those messages remain in Telegram until the Operator deletes them.
  • Google Docs / Google Drive (the Operator's own account): the daily digest document (deleted after 30 days), and a backup of the credentials (overwritten weekly).
  • GitHub (private repository): a backup of the Tool's source code, settings and the Operator's production notes. The working files that hold statistics and viewer text are excluded from it since September 24, 2026.

Records of the Operator's own planning conversations with the AI assistant (which may include retrieved video information and statistics) remain on the Operator's PC. They are covered by the deletion command described below.

Use of YouTube API Services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services.

By using the Tool, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service .

Information obtained through YouTube API Services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy .

Where data is stored, for how long, and how it is deleted

  • Retrieved information is stored on the Operator's own PC. Only excerpts, summaries and backups go to the services listed above.
  • Statistics and analytics (views, watch time, likes, audience retention, click-through rate), linked to the video ID, are kept for up to 36 months from retrieval and deleted after that (titles stored with them are refreshed at least every 30 days). Every 30 days the Tool verifies that its authorization is still valid and that each video still exists, and deletes the data of videos that were removed.
  • Video information other than statistics (such as titles) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
  • Excerpts of comment and live-chat text, and the records of what the automated Shorts pipeline sent to the AI service, are deleted automatically after 30 days by a daily job.
  • Credentials (access token, refresh token) are stored in a local configuration file on the Operator's PC only while the Tool is in use, and are excluded from version control.
  • The Operator can delete all retrieved data and the stored credentials at any time with a single command.
  • If the Tool detects that its access has been revoked, or if use of the Tool ends, all retrieved data and credentials stored on the PC are deleted within 7 days.
  • Deleting data on the PC does not affect any video, comment or statistic on YouTube. To delete data on YouTube, use YouTube Studio.

Revoking access

Access granted to the Tool can be revoked at any time through Google's security settings:

Google Account > Data & privacy > Third-party apps & services

Select "まぐにぃ Director" on that page and remove its access. Once revoked, the Tool can no longer access any YouTube data, and the data it had retrieved is deleted as described above.
